04Stakeholders

Align people around the product

Stakeholder engagement, turning feedback into product direction, cross-functional alignment, client demos and roadmap reviews.

Teams of 6 to 12, with demos that earned repeat engagements

05Data and analytics

Decide with numbers

2 go-to-market launches supported

04How I work

Three habits I bring to every product.

01Back the bet with data

Every feature is a bet on behaviour. I research it first, with user conversations, usage data and the market, and write down the evidence so everyone knows why we're building it.

02Allocate before executing

Budget, time and attention are decided before the sprint starts, not during it. Allocating up front makes the priorities obvious and the trade-offs visible to everyone.

03Prototype before the PRD

I build a working prototype with AI tools before the full spec, so stakeholders react to something real. It cut our time to first demo by about 25%.

See how the whole thing came together.
